Work Comp TPA has immediate opening for a Full-Time Claims Representative. Ability to analyze and process complex claims by investigating and gathering information to determine exposure. Negotiate settlements, calculate and assign appropriate reserves and benefits. Claim recoveries including subrogation, SIF recoveries. Report claims to excess carrier in a professional and timely manner. Must have solid technical and administrative skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team environment. 5+ years experience in Workers’ Comp Insurance.
